2001-2006 – Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz, Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, majoring in psychology

2004-2006 – Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz, Inter-faculty Pedagogical Study, completed a two-year pedagogical course

2013-2015 – Wielkopolskie Towarzystwo Terapii Systemowej, completed course for advanced family, marital, individual and group systemic therapy (WTTS Poznań)

2013-2014 – completed a one-year course of cognitive-behavioral therapy for children and adolescents – Beyond Schemes.

Completed numerous trainings in the field of diagnosis and therapy of children, adolescents and families.

Experience

2011 – present – work at the Centrum Medyczne Gizińscy in a psychological clinic.

2009 – 2013 – work as a lecturer at the Society of Universal Knowledge in Bydgoszcz.

2008 – 2013 – work as an academic teacher at the Kuyavian-Pomeranian University in Bydgoszcz.

2007 – present – work as a psychologist in W. Chotomska Integration Kindergarten No. 61 in Bydgoszcz.

2007 – 2016 – work as a psychologist in a non-public kindergarten with integration groups “Skrzat” in Bydgoszcz.

2006 – 2012 – work as a psychologist at the Youth Palace in Bydgoszcz.

2006 – 2007 – work as a psychologist in the Complex of Schools No. 31 in Bydgoszcz.

Scope of consultations and psychological counselling

  • ways to deal with educational difficulties
  • supporting parents in adaptation processes (kindergarten, school)
  • methods of dealing with a hyperactive, psychomotor, shy child with emotional disorders, having difficulties in social relations
  • methods and ways to support the psychomotor development of a small child
  • assessment of a child’s mental maturity from the age of 4
  • assessment of the level of general intelligence from 6 years of age

Individual psychological therapy for children:

  • with an attention deficit
  • with psychomotor hyperactivity
  • with learning difficulties
  • with lowered self-esteem
  • with disorders emotional/anxiety/depressive/obsessive-compulsive
  • self-injurious
  • with difficulties in social relations
  • with difficulties in coping with emotional tension, stress, crisis

For the first visit, the parents of a child up to 15 years of age. come to the meeting alone, without the child.

Family therapy

The therapy is directed primarily to families that are experiencing a crisis, with increasing conflicts, upbringing difficulties, showing difficulties in communication, as well as families that want to work on improving mutual relations.

  • consultations and therapy for children and adolescents (concerning, among others, difficulties in relationships, abnormalities in development, fears, mood disorders, working with a child and ADHD, undesirable behaviors – verbal and physical aggression, coping with parental separation and other stressful situations)
  • consultations and educational counseling for parents.
