Wykonywane badania:
A test that measures the volume of air exhaled and inhaled into the lungs. Preparation for the test: before the test (24 hours) do not smoke or drink alcohol, 2 hours before the test – do not eat large meals, 1 hour before the test – give up intensive training. Spirometry is performed by a specialist pulmonologist.

Preparation for the test: before the test (24 hours) do not smoke or drink alcohol, 2 hours before the test – do not eat large meals, 1 hour before the test – give up intensive training. Preparation for tests:
- 7-14 days – do not take anti-allergic drugs: 2nd generation antihistamines: (e.g. Zyrtec and similar, Claritine and similar),
- 3-4 days do not take 1st generation p-histamines (e.g. Clemastin, Diphergan), and preparations of calcium, vitamin C, rutin,
- if taking Ketotifen chronically – withdraw for 4 weeks,
- do not apply preparations containing steroids to the test sites (forearms, back) for 4 weeks,
- do not come on an empty stomach.
