In everyday practice, more than 150 people are treated annually with discopathy of the cervical and lumbar spine.

We provide minimally invasive surgical treatment of spinal pain syndromes of various etiologies, as well as surgical treatment of degenerative diseases of the spine such as discopathy and spondylosis, dynamic implants and percutaneous stabilization of the spine.

New innovative services

Thanks to many years of experience and extremely competent staff, as well as thanks to cooperation with research centers and universities, it implements innovative and increasingly effective methods of treatment, thereby improving the quality of healthcare in the region and in the country, and thus – its competitiveness.

As part of the project No. RPKP.01.06.02-04-0219/19 – Centrum Medyczne Gizińscy Sp. z o.o. introduced a new service on the market, i.e. minimally invasive endoscopic spinal surgery in the treatment of spinal canal stenoses with the possibility of endoscopic denervation.

The use of minimally invasive endoscopic spine surgery is an alternative to the classical procedure.

The main advantages of this innovative surgery solution include:

• shorter surgery time,
• shortened time of hospitalization and convalescence – the patient usually goes home on the second day after the surgery, the intactness of the muscles during the operation reduces the risk of developing spinal instability and significantly speeds up convalescence,
• less risk of infection,
• less traumatization of the skeletal system is associated with less frequent use of additional stabilizing implants,
• smaller exposure of the patient and staff performing the procedure to X-rays during the procedure,
• less postoperative pain and faster recovery,
• the innovative service will allow for the reduction of pain and muscle tension, the remission of paresis and sensory disorders, and the withdrawal of sphincter and sexual disorders felt by the patient as a result of pressure on the nerve structures (spinal cord / cauda equina) in the narrowed spinal canal.
