In 1997 he obtained a first degree specialization and in 2000 a second degree specialization in neurosurgery. He obtained the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences in 2001 on the basis of research work on an animal model on the use of absorbable implants to stabilize the cervical spine in Cloward surgery.

Since 2000, a senior assistant at the Department of Neurosurgery of the 10th Military Clinical Hospital in Bydgoszcz.
Specialist at the Matopat Specialist Hospital in Toruń.
Since 1998, an independent consultant and operator at the Gizińscy Medical Center.
An expert of a medical company from the USA in spinal surgery.
Lecturer and expert – teacher in spine surgery trainings in Poland and abroad.
Multiple winner of the nationwide Laur Patient plebiscite.
About 40 publications, including 10 in foreign journals on spine surgery.
Member: Polish Society of Neurosurgeons and Polish Society of Spinal Surgery.
