2019 – obtained a doctoral degree (PhD) in health sciences based on a doctoral thesis entitled: “Assessment of neuropsychological and personality predictors of the effectiveness of non-pharmacological therapeutic procedures in people with chronic fatigue syndrome” at the Ludwik Rydygier Collegium Medicum in Bydgoszcz under the auspices of UMK in Toruń

2016 – completion of the 4-year Psychodynamic Psychotherapy School of the Cracow Psychodynamic Center

2016 – obtained a Psychosocial Skills Trainer certificate from the Polish Psychological Association (PTP)

2013 – completion of the Sociotherapy and Youth Psychotherapy Study at the Cracow Psychodynamic Center

2013 – obtained a master’s degree in psychology (specialization: Clinical Psychology) at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz

Experience

Since 2013, I have been working at the Psychiatric Day Ward of the Gizińscy Medical Center. My activities included conducting group and individual psychotherapy and skills training.

Since 2013, conducted psychological consultations, diagnostics and psychotherapy as part of the Psychological and Mental Health Clinic of the Gizińscy Medical Center.

Since 2013, performed scientific and teaching activities in cooperation with the Kuyavian-Pomeranian University (Kujawsko-Pomorska Szkoła Wyższa) and the Ludwik Rydygier Collegium Medicum in Bydgoszcz under the auspices of UMK in Toruń

Trainings in interpersonal skills and burnout for professional groups: emergency medical services and emergency dispatchers

Completed clinical internships at the Department and Clinic of Psychiatry of the A. Jurasza University Hospital in Bydgoszcz (in the years 2011-2013)

Scope of consultations

• (short- and long-term) individual psychotherapy for adults
• sociotherapy and psychotherapy for adolescents (from the age of 15)
• psychological intervention in crisis
• supportive therapy (focuses on current problems and supports the process of coping with difficult situations)
• psychoeducation and social skills training
• psychological diagnostics: carrying out IQ tests, personality tests, and cognitive functions tests including memory, learning, concentration skils
• screening diagnosis and treatment of burnout and chronic fatigue
• psychological diagnosis of ADHD

Accepts adults and teenagers from 15 years of age. The visits take place at Kościuszki 16.
