Diagnostics and treatment

• Diagnostics and treatment of diseases in the field of otolaryngology in outpatient settings.
• Conservative treatment.
• Operative treatment: removal of benign lesions within the nose, ear, throat, mouth; taking samples for histopathological examination, tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, tonsillotomy, electromucotomy/conchotomy, septoplasty.

Examinations/outpatient procedures performed

videoscopy, peritonsillar abscess incision, paracentesis (incision of the tympanic membrane), ear irrigation, taking a biopsy from the nose, throat with hist-pat examination, sinus punctures, anterior nasal tamponade, removal of a foreign body from the throat, nose or ear, smear with an antibiogram, dressing change with wound toilet, trimming of the lingual frenulum/upper lip, suturing of wounds/removal of sutures.

Treats adults and children from 0 years of age.
