Graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of the Military Medical Academy in Łódź (1975).

He obtained his PhD in medical sciences from the Institute of Occupational Medicine in Łódź (1996).

Level II expert in dermatology and venereology.

Experience

At the beginning of his professional career in the military health service (Military Unit Inowrocław, Military Hospital in Toruń, Military Clinical Hospital in Bydgoszcz, Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration in Bydgoszcz). Then, he proceeded to take the position of the head of the Dermatology Department of the Provincial Hospital in Żuromin. He held management positions in the Bydgoszcz Branches of: Industry Health Insurance Fund and the National Health Fund (NFZ). He has been working at the Provincial Children’s Hospital in Bydgoszcz for over 20 years and has extensive experience in the treatment of children’s diseases – from newborns and early infancy.

A member of the Polish Dermatological Society. He constantly improves his qualifications in the field of dermatology and venereology, participating in numerous domestic and foreign congresses, courses and medical conferences. Presents his own original scientific works there and has about 30 publications in prestigious medical journals to his name.

Diagnostics and treatment

Main fields of interest:

• general, practical and pediatric dermatology;
• diagnosing and treating skin and allergic diseases in adults and children – with particular emphasis on atopic dermatitis;
• treatment of burns;
• elements of aesthetic medicine;
• therapy of sexually transmitted diseases.
